Dear Customers:

We are all too familiar with the devastation that hurricanes can leave behind. Just three short years ago we faced the destruction of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and now we face the aftermath of Hurricanes Gustav and Ike. Many of our customers and employees have experienced tremendous loss. We are very saddened by this and are keeping those along the Gulf Coast in our thoughts and prayers.

In the face of so many challenges following Katrina and Rita, we came together to create the Salon and Spa Relief Fund to help our friends and colleagues rebuild their lives. Since 2005, we have raised over $198,000 for the relief effort. Now in 2008, the fund is again being utilized to help those affected by Gustav and Ike. The hurricanes of 2005 proved to be a rebirth for many Gulf Coast areas and the people showed a fierce and resilient spirit. This challenging time will prove to be yet another rebirth and opportunity for us to come together as an industry and help those in need.
