This one-day business program is designed for salon owners, managers AND key influencers within your business.  Emphasis will be placed on tools for growing an organization, building transactions, increasing your service and retail revenue, measurements on key benchmarks, coaching and accountability, and guest retention for both new and existing guests. You will be able to network and gain successful business model strategies that will result in growing your organization.  Space is limited.
